This participant connectivity and event information resource will put delegate tools for networking, schedules, session information and much more in the palm of your hand.

Access to the ICAO Meetings virtual platform and mobile app is by invite only and restricted to registered attendees whose registration for the Assembly has been approved.

Privacy of participant information

Access to ICAO’s virtual event and exhibition platform is restricted to registered attendees whose registration has been approved. You must be a registered and approved attendee of an event to join sessions and to view the list of the names and organizations of other registered attendees and be able to request contact with them. Once logged in, attendees can modify their profile preferences and may choose to keep their name and organization hidden from the viewable list. By default, an attendee’s email address is kept private and only they can modify their public profile to add this or other personal information, such as a photo, etc.

ICAO does not distribute registration lists.
