Développement économique du transport aérien

Cet Objectif stratégique témoigne de la nécessité du leadership de l’OACI pour une harmonisation du cadre du transport aérien axée sur les politiques économiques et les activités de soutien. Il vise à encourager la mise sur pied d’un système d’aviation civile économiquement viable (compagnies aériennes, aéroports, fournisseurs de services de navigation aérienne, etc.) et à en renforcer l’efficacité économique et la transparence tout en facilitant l’accès au financement pour l’infrastructure aéronautique et autres besoins d’investissement, le transfert de technologies et le renforcement des capacités, afin d’appuyer la croissance du transport aérien dans l’intérêt de toutes les parties prenantes. Les résultats attendus de cet Objectif stratégique sont les suivants :

 

  1. cadre réglementaire mondial cohérent pour le transport aérien international, contribuant à l’élimination d’obstacles à la durabilité économique et à l’optimisation du potentiel de l’aviation comme moteur de développement économique ;
     
  2. obtention et élargissement de l’accès au financement pour l’infrastructure aéronautique ; fonctions de supervision de l’État, et utilisation efficace des ressources et des technologies ;
     
  3. solutions pour surmonter les restrictions de capacité de l’infrastructure et de l’espace aérien et pour améliorer les capacités d’organisation et de gestion et la gouvernance d’entreprise ;
     
  4. meilleure coopération dans la communauté aéronautique et entre toutes les parties prenantes, et adaptation sans difficultés à l’évolution de l’aviation civile, de l’environnement commercial mondial et du marché ;
     
  5. réalisations d’économies importantes par les États dans les négociations de services aériens et dans l’exécution des fonctions de réglementation ;
     
  6. disponibilité de données aéronautiques exactes, fiables et cohérentes aux fins du processus décisionnel et d’imputabilité des États, et pour la transparence des opérations pour toutes les parties prenantes du transport aérien et les marchés ;
     
  7. disponibilité d’outils et de prévisions nécessaires pour mesurer, si possible, et prévoir les divers aspects du développement de l’aviation civile.
