The 2025 ICAO Aviation Climate Week - Skyward Action: Realizing Aviation's Sustainable Future, will be held from 2 to 4 June 2025, at the ICAO Headquarters, Montréal, Canada, as a hybrid event with in‑person and online participation.
This three-day event will provide an opportunity for participants to be informed of the overall progress achieved and discuss the latest developments on all environmental topics, prior to the 42nd Session of the ICAO Assembly.
The ICAO Aviation Climate Week encompasses the 2025 ICAO LTAG Stocktaking, providing a response to the 41st Session of the ICAO Assembly request to monitor progress towards the achievement of the collective LTAG of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. It will also focus on the implementation of the ICAO Global Framework adopted by the Third Conference on Aviation and Alternative Fuels (CAAF/3) and the outcomes and recommendations from the 13th Meeting of ICAO’s Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP/13). This event will also address the implementation of CORSIA and other environmental topics such as non-CO2 aviation emissions, green airports, climate adaptation and infrastructure resilience.
The Climate Week will also provide a unique opportunity to join the ICAO Assistance, Capacity-building and Training for Sustainable Aviation Fuels (ACT-SAF) programme and create synergies between ACT-SAF Partners. Detailed information on the ACT-SAF programme can be found on the ICAO public website and additional States and Organisations willing to become partners are invited to contact the ICAO Secretariat: officeenv [at] icao.int.
During the three-day event, a simultaneous exhibition will be held on site at ICAO Headquarters. All stakeholders who wish to take this opportunity for showcasing their products and services are invited to fill in the form on the Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities page to obtain the full list of sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
To be associated and support this global event by becoming a sponsor, an exhibitor, a speaker or a moderator, and share your experience related to aviation emissions reductions, innovative technologies, operational improvements, cleaner energies, CORSIA, green airports or climate adaptation, please reach out to officeenv [at] icao.int .
