In order to avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Assembly, all participants, in person or virtual, are strongly encouraged to register online and upload their photograph to their profile by following instructions available at the following web address: http://www.icao.int/A41registration. Participants who have registered online, uploaded a compliant picture to their online registration profile and have their original credentials pre-approved by ICAO Legal Affairs and External Relations Bureau, will be eligible for a fast issuance of their event badge.

To facilitate the registration process for in-person delegates, the registration desk will open the week preceding the opening of the Assembly. The detailed registration schedule will be communicated on the Assembly website at http://www.icao.int/A41.

Once credentials in original form have been verified and pre-approved by ICAO Legal Affairs and External Relations Bureau (see information on credentials hereunder), delegates will be issued an identification badge at registration in order to gain access to the Conference Centre and be given access to the virtual platform.

13 to 16 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to Resident Delegations only from 1400 to 1700 hours

19 to 23 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 1000 to 1200 and 1300 to 1700 hours

24 & 25 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 1000 to 1200 and 1300 to 1800 hours

26 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 0900 to 1200 and 1300 to 2000 hours

27 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 0730 to 1200 and 1300 to 1700 hours

28 to 30 September 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 0800 to 1200 and 1300 to 1700 hours

1 October 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 0700 to 0800 and 1300 to 1700 hours

3 to 7 October 2022, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A41 attendees from 0830 to 1200 and 1300 to 1700 hours

Kindly note that the Registration/Credentials Center will close every day between 1200 and 1300 hours for cleaning and sanitizing purposes.

*Please also note that the Registration/Credentials Centre will suspend its operations one hour before and until the conclusion of the Council elections at the Plenary Meetings concerned, i.e. at 0800 hours on 1 October 2022 and at 1300 hours on 4 October 2022.
