The Global Aviation Security Symposium 2022 (AVSEC2022) will take the form of a series of special events such as webinars and interviews, to be convened through the end of the calendar year.

The series of events kicked-off with the “Aviation Security and Facilitation Day”, which was held as part of the 2022 ICAO Innovation Fair (24 to 26 September 2022), ahead of the 41st Session of the ICAO Assembly. This special day, organized in a hybrid format, took place on Sunday, 25 September 2022 and addressed topics such as open architecture, artificial intelligence, and seamless and contactless travel. Sessions are available to watch on ICAO TV.
