The objective of the webinar is to discuss the different levels of governance that will be involved in facilitating the integration of eVTOLs in within the multimodal urban mobility schemes. Speakers will be invited to discuss the need for, and how to consider the cooperation between the different levels of decision-making and more inclusive governance models to make sure that urban air mobility delivers its full benefits to society.

Dr Vassilis AGOURIDAS is Leader of the UIC2 (UAM Initiative Cities Community) that represents the Urban-Air-Mobility Thematic Cluster of the EU's CIVITAS Initiative. Vassilis is Head of the EU Public Co-Creation & Ecosystem Outreach activities at AIRBUS Urban Mobility and former Chairman of the UAM Committee of Aerospace, Security and Defence Industries association of Europe (ASD Europe). He has led the development by the UIC2 of the 'Practitioner Briefing on Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning and Urban Air Mobility' (SUMP-UAM) published by the EU's Urban Mobility Observatory. Vassilis has been a member of the EASA's Task Force on UAM Societal Acceptance and Team Leader for the development of the Guidance Material of the Coordination Mechanism described in Article 18(f) of the U-space Implementation Regulation (EU) 2021/664.

Barbara Zygula is a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Volocopter. In her role she works closely with various regulators and policymakers to develop the framework for eVTOLs and to lay the regulatory groundwork for this new form of mobility. Prior to joining Volocopter in 2020, she accomplished a traineeship programme at EASA where she was part of the Drone Section and contributed to UAS/UAM rulemaking in the EU. In her previous experience she worked in UTM field where she held a regulatory oriented position. She entered aviation industry as a cabin crew member and remained thereafter. Barbara holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Warsaw as well as an Aerospace Engineering degree from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

Roberto J. S. Honorato started his career in aviation in 1998. Since 2008, has been working for ANAC, the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency, currently as Head of the Airworthiness Department. He holds degrees in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University de Minas Gerais and postgraduate studies in Civil Aviation Management by the University of Brasilia. Before joining ANAC, he worked for ten years with avionics, maintenance and supplemental type certification. The Brazilian aircraft registry, international agreements on airworthiness, aircraft certification and production approvals are under his responsibilities.
