REPORTING​

ICAO provides an online form for notification of accidents and incidents per Annex 13 requirements for inclusion in the ADREP database.  The notification can be updated through the same system.

The online reporting site is on the ICAO portal under the group "ICAOReporting".  

Access is for accredited staff of ICAO Member States, please send an email to ADREP [at] icao.int (ADREP[at]icao[dot]int) to get instructions on how to gain access.

ADREP DATA

In order to access ADREP data States are invited to access the ADREP Applicaiton on the ICAO integrated Safety Trends and Analysis System (iSTARS).
