In line with the guidance materials contained in the ICAO Environmental Technical Manual, Volume IV – Procedures for Demonstrating Compliance with CORSIA (Doc 9501), and to support the timely implementation of CORSIA from 1 January 2019, it is recommended that States send to ICAO a list of aeroplane operators that they administer by 30 November 2018 (Environmental Technical Manual, Volume IV, Chapter 3, Table 3-1).
While the Secretariat is working on the development of the CORSIA Central Registry, which is expected to become operational in early 2020, an online spreadsheet has been created to facilitate the reporting by CORSIA Focal Points in 2018 and 2019.
